Philanthropist Harold Grinspoon has always felt strongly about the need to acknowledge and reward those unseen heroes who quietly make a difference in our lives and our communities. In 2003, the Harold Grinspoon Foundation launched the Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Awards with that goal in mind. The program annually honors more than a hundred outstanding Western Massachusetts educators in Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties. It seeks to motivate teachers at all stages of their careers to aspire to excellence. Since its inception, 2000 educators have been recognized. Granby Jr./Sr. High School is pleased to announce that Molly Pinkney is this year’s outstanding educator and recipient of the Pioneer Valley Excellence in Teaching Award. Molly will be honored at a Virtual Excellence in Teaching Awards Celebration on May 2, 2021. Congratulations Molly !

Check out the fun Ms. Mccollough's students had cooking dog bone cakes and making dog ice cream this past weekend. Sadie loves the toys and actually keeps them by her side, Charlie is a bit skittish and was avoiding his squeak toy, but that's Charlie.
